Dan Arment

Dan was promoted in 2014 to Executive Vice President of BRG Sports. He continues to serve as President of Riddell Sports, while assuming the new position of President of Bell Cycling Products. Dan is also a member of the BRG Sports Board of Directors.

A former collegiate football player, Dan returned to his football roots and was named President of Riddell in 2008. Under his leadership, the brand’s institutional sales model has continued to increase total market share, while its development of a direct-to-consumer and e-commerce business has further cemented Riddell as the football industry leader. Dan continues to be charged with expanding the brand’s dominance in the sporting goods industry and to reinforce Riddell’s position as the definitive choice of football players at all levels of the sport.

Prior to leading the football business, Dan joined BRG Sports as the sales leader for Bell’s consumer retail division nearly fourteen years ago and soon after was named the brand’s General Manager. Dan excelled in this role and helped build a robust business model despite the stiff market competition while developing strong relationships with the brand’s key customers.

Before he joined the BRG Sports family, Dan served as the vice president of national sales for the Speedo Division of the Authentic Fitness Corporation and served in broad sales and consumer marketing roles with such well-known brands as Playtex, Mennen and Revlon.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Colgate University, where he played all four years at outside linebacker for the Raider’s football team.
