Leader in football head protection’s web redesign to benefit customers, greater football community

The leader in football head protection and innovation, Riddell, today announced the launch of its newly designed website – Riddell.com. The site will improve customers’ web experience, enhance ordering efficiency and processing, while upgrading the brand’s digital presence. In addition, the platform creates easy access to information about Riddell’s industry-leading player protection and includes an upgraded shopping experience for officially licensed NFL and NCAA collectible products displayed by football fans nationwide.

The site includes dynamic features like the interactive 3D custom helmet and shoulder pad builder designed to enrich the online shopping experience. Website customers can build helmet designs and pad color schemes complete with the latest in on-field protection technology and eye-catching designs offered by Riddell. Through the tool, online customers can access customized helmet features including helmet paint scheme, face mask style and color, bumper colors, and chin strap styles and colors, among other design options.

In recent years, Riddell’s collectible helmet line has expanded to offer both authentic and replica options as well as the popular NFL alternate collections including Eclipse, Chrome and AMP series helmets.

The upgraded site has also made it possible to transition manual aspects of individual reconditioning orders to a web-based process helping to improve overall customer experience and delivery times.
