Usage Policy

Terms and Conditions for use of Multimedia Materials

By viewing and use of the BRG Sports, Inc. (“BRG”) Pressroom, each visitor (the “user”) acknowledges and consents to the following use conditions.  This usage policy specifically refers to Materials available in the BRG Pressroom.  These terms may not be applied to other BRG Material found on the BRG website or the websites of BRG affiliates, for which other conditions and rights apply.

  • "Materials" means all media material furnished by BRG Sports, Inc. hereunder, whether audio, video, digital images/prints, animation, graphics, trademarks, trade names, product images, marketing materials, or otherwise.
  • All Materials and intellectual property rights associated therewith shall remain the exclusive property of BRG Sports. 
  • Use of the trademarked and copyrighted Materials (such as the BRG brand names and logos) shall ensure that such Materials are: (a) used in conjunction with the ® or TM or © designations as directed by BRG; (b) presented without modification in the manner found in the Pressroom.
  • Permission to use BRG Material is granted to credentialed news media (Radio, Television, Print and Internet) for non-commercial editorial purposes only.  Any other use is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the BRG.
  • With the exception of video and audio (b-roll and interview clips) which may be edited as needed for time/story content, credentialed news media may not edit or alter BRG copyrighted material in the video library in the BRG Pressroom.   An BRG copyright shall be retained on all material.  If a zoom effect is employed, an BRG courtesy must be included on print items or as a font on a broadcast format.
  • The BRG copyright must accompany each photo/image use as an adjacent credit line.
  • Credentialed news media may not alter (change content) of videos or images by digitalization or by synthesizing them alone or with any other material, by use of computer or with other electronic means now or hereafter known without the prior written consent in each instance from BRG Sports.
  • Other than as expressly stated by BRG Sports, BRG does not endorse third party products or services and strictly prohibits any suggestion of endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation with any third party product or service over another company, product, or service. 
  • Users of the Pressroom may not assign or transfer this agreement or any rights granted hereunder.
