Career Boost Program
Riddell and AEMA have teamed up again to resume the Career Boost Program! Based on your feedback, we will yet again be offering scholarships and support to aspiring equipment managers based on selection criteria.
As part of the program, Riddell will award three recipients an all-expenses-paid business trip to the annual AEMA convention. While at the convention, recipients will have valuable networking opportunities, be honored at Riddell’s annual reception, and have their certification exam fees covered. Additionally, each recipient’s program will receive a $1,000 Riddell equipment grant in their name.
Scholarships will be awarded to the strongest candidates who meet AEMA’s exam requirements, including those who are diverse, female, and/or need demonstrating. Candidates must be a standard or student AEMA member in good standing with all dues paid. Candidates may work within football or the general sports landscape within an athletic department or organization.
The deadline to apply is February 28, 2025. Winners will be announced at the end of March and will be spotlighted via AEMA’s newsletter and website as well as on Riddell’s digital platforms.
